Garden View is centrally located for Naval Academy sports, The Renaissance Festival, Boat Shows, and golf at The Preserve. Staying in? No problem, the kitchen is fully equipped, and with free wi-fi working at the desk is a breeze. While at Garden View, there is 750 square foot of living space including the loft. You have your own private entrance, washer and dryer, water heater, and HVAC unit operated by a Nest thermostat. The only thing shared is the water, electricity and the backyard. Our tap water is totally the best! You must try it before you bring bottled water. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to stay at home and cook dinner or even bake some cookies. We've recently purchased an air mattress. If you have 2 kids that both want to sleep in the loft, let me know and I'll set it up for you. Our sprawling back yard is great for frisbee or football. We have a fire pit and propane grill you can use, just let us know if you want to use either. In the summer, I'm happy to share fresh vegetables and greens for your salad.
