Located just outside the town of Apsley. 3 bed 2 bath wrap around deck + Seasonal Bunkie with walk out deck over water, Plenty of open space with large windows for amazing water view. Access to some of Ontario's best ATV and snowmobile trails. Less then a km walk or swim to Chandos beach and boat lunch. Lilly pad on lake, use of a Kayak and Canoe and 3 marinas on the lake with power boat rentals Three bedroom, Two bathroom Two-story cottage with wrap around deck + Seasonal Bunkie (June-October) with walk out deck over water, Kitchen, Living and dining room and plenty of open space with large windows for amazing water view. Note: During off season (November-May) there is only room for 8 guests to sleep as the Bunkie is seasonal. In off season there will be an additional cost of $100 per night for access to Bunkie. If you make a booking that is more then 8 guests during the months of November-May I may not accept your booking. It will depend on me being able to give access to the Bunkie. I will evaluate the booking according to weather and temperature and my ability to grant you access (snow). The additional fee for guests covers the extra cost to heat the Bunkie and have it cleaned. The Bunkie is heated by baseboard heating and is not fully insulated. Bedroom #1 (upstairs)-Queen size Bed (Lake view) Private Full size bathroom with sink, soaker Tub and separate shower. A cot (if needed bring a sleeping bag). Bedroom#2 (main floor)-Queen size Bed (Lake view) Full size bathroom with sink, shower and bidet heated toilet seat. Bedroom #3 (main floor)-Double bunk bed with twin on top (forest view) Full size bathroom with sink, shower and bidet heated toilet seat. Bunkie- SEASONAL (lake front)-King size bed, two twin beds (private walkout deck over lake). Kitchen-Dishwasher, Refrigerator freezer with ice maker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker, Blender, toaster oven, stove top and oven.
