The house was bigger than expected and very clean. The view was peaceful and relaxing. The access to the beach was amazing and we would love to return in the summer with the whole family or some friends to enjoy the water. The only issue with the house was the lack of window treatment. It made us a little uncomfortable, especially at night and took away from the otherwise cozyness of the home. David was prompt to answer questions and overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Overall great stay. The host was very responsive and proactive in communicating. The home was about what I would expect for the price point. The water front was very nice to have. There were two negatives to this stay that are driving the 4 star review. First is the lack of window treatments of any kind. If you are looking to sleep in during your vacation, you should look elsewhere. This home has lots of windows and not a single shade/blind to be found. In fact, the windows all have brackets as if all of the blinds have been removed. Many reviews state that the home needs window coverings, yet there are none. For this reason I have deducted a star. The other negative was the smell upon arrival. They clearly had cleaned very well, but the chemical smell was so strong our eyes were burning. We quickly established the smell was coming from the mop in the cleaning closet. Once placing the mop outside for the duration of our stay, the smell was just fine.

Very responsive host and accommodating in a short period of time since had a house emergency. Provided assistance as well in offering services that I could use with my problem. Very peaceful and beautiful home with great surroundings. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
