Gute Kommunikation via Mobiltelefon. Flexibler Anreisezeitpunkt möglich. Zu Beginn wurde uns alles wichtige (Fön, Waschmaschine, Bedienungt der Fensteröffnung etc.) gezeigt. Kajaks und SUP wurden gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Informationen und Tips bezüglich der Gegend, Restaurants etc waren gut. Beim Checking wurde ein Foto von Passport/Identitätskarte von beiden Ferienmachenden verlangt. Leider keine Aussicht auf den See, da nur Dachfenster vorhanden sind. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und etwas kühl, nicht sehr heimelig. Da es wettertechnisch eher kühl war während des Aufenthalts, waren die dünnen Bettdecken nicht warm genug. Ansonsten sehr toller Aufenthalt, saubere Wohnung, es werden Frotteetücher zur Verfügung gestellt und alles Nötige ist in der Küche vorhanden. Porto Ceresio ist insgesamt ein schönes Städtchen, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

The apartment. Basically perfect. Spotless, pristine and they thought of everything (toiletries, coffee, towels, extra blankets, dryer, laundry machine, excellent Internet). I only wish there were some easy views of the lake but otherwise perfect. There is even an elevator in this small building if you brought too much stuff (we tested it out but didn't use it day to day). Location. Perfect if you want to visit Como or Milan or the Italian side. If you're here to visit the Lugano area as we did, it does adds a little bit of commute but not much so still really great. We didn't use the kayaks but I can imagine how awesome it would be to take the kayak across the lake in the summer to Morcote :-). If you're lucky enough to be in the region when Andrea's place is available, do yourself a favor and book it. Port Ceresio is a charming little town just outside the nearby tourist centers.
