We’ve had a great time in Giovanni’s villa. The house was gorgeous with generous space, a perfectly equipped kitchen (including an authentic pizza oven and outdoor BBQ) and a large window and covered terrace to gaze at the amazing nature (and animals) that surround it. The location was private and secluded, with a number of interesting villages around it. Giovanni was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Très belle maison ancienne (mitoyenne du logement d'une cousine vraiment très discrète et très sympathique). Commerces à 15 mn en voiture. Pas de Wifi mais réseau 3G/4G bien capté dans la maison et à l'extérieur. Giovanni est très disponible. Séjour au calme très apprécié.

The property is impressive and the scenery is spectacular. Local food is outstanding. Giovanni is responsive and very helpful. Be aware this location requires a car.

Had a great stay at Giovanni's villa. It's definitely out in the countryside, but that shouldn't come as a surprise based on how it is described...just worth knowing. We loved waking the grounds, cooking using the outdoor grill and the pizza oven, and it's in a fairly central location between Parm and Modena.
