This small one-bedroom one-bath unit has a small coffee station very well equipped, as well as Wifi, A/C, hot shower and outside seceurity camera. My hideout studio is set back from the street with private street entrance. Quiet I consider my place so unique because, it is located in a nice, clean, quiet family oriented neighborhood and at the same time it's only steps from el Malecon and many Casinos Hotels.
