I want to preface that this review has nothing to do with the staff at Rondo. They were all very kind, provided organized breakfast, and held our bags for us past checkout. Which we did appreciate. We booked in with Rondos for a night stay in vina del mar. Our recomendation - do not stay here. The rooms are in serious need of a deep clean & remodeling. Worse than the pictures. Our room stank of 20year cigarette smoke to the point that it was irritating our sinuses to even breathe and prevented us from sleeping. The carpet was gross and needs to be deep cleaned or removed. The strong odor forced us to leave the window open which is located on a main road. This was very noisy all night and woke us up multiple times to trucks and traffic honking. Not to mention the bed was old and had loose springs sticking directly into our backs. Worst stay of our lives and wouldn't wish it on anyone. You have been warned.

Lugar limpio y ordenado, rico olor la ropa de cama, el baño súper limpio. Desayuno increíble! El check out lo dejaría una hora más tarde solo eso ya que la estadía es tan rica y cómoda que el salir de hace lento y con ganas de no irse. Recomendadisimo lugar
