The place was amazing. Everything about the description was spot on, and exceeded expectations, including their moto (“your comfort is our business “). The staff were professional, friendly and approachable. The host was extremely warm and helpful as to offer his own personal time and resources when we found ourselves in a jam. He truly went above and beyond in service and customer experience. Excellent facilities Excellent service Great location Truly 100/10 This will always be my first choice of stay whenever I’m in Harare.
