Woke up to amazing views! Good quiet place to relax and enjoy looking at the water

Rental could use some minor fix ups. The view and place were beautiful on the water. Contact people were very helpful and always able to answer text and emails. One drawback is the Main Street it is on. We had two cars stolen. Just don’t go with a Hyundai or a Kia.

Gorgeous view, but the house was just ok. There was a funky smell when we arrived and whenever we left the house closed up. It wasn’t super clean. There were crumbs by the toaster, the kitchen towel smelled bad and dishwasher disposal trap was gross. The pics show outdoor furniture, but there were no cushions. Overall a bit sad.

Wow. This place is amazing! Better than expected! Right on the Lake ; who knew Renton was so awesome! It was! Great location for many restaurants. Literally just a hop to Bellevue or Seattle. I snagged it for almost 2 weeks to be nearby to a Summer Program for m’y daughter. I worked the whole time from the lake house but it still was a wonderful vacation! Location was sublime; dock right on the lake. Breathtaking! Stellar weather! So many Herons, Eagles, Ospreys and Kingfishers. Unbelievable! Great people/ boat watching too;jet skis, early morning crew UW crew teams, always something interesting. And hats off to the host. They were terrific! I am now referring to it as “my lake house” so I was book again next year!
