We booked the property a year ago as we knew it would be in the path of totality for the eclipse. There were 10 of us who made the trip there. The property was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great including ample water supply and water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout was excellent for multiple people working in the kitchen at one time. We didn't think the hot tub would be useful at that time of the year - we were wrong! We used it every day and it was great. The area outside by the fire pit was perfect for viewing the eclipse and there were plenty of chairs so everyone got a seat. All in all, we couldn't think of a better place for a great family weekend and would wholeheartedly recommend the house.
