I had a lovely time at Mincheol's place. It was just as pictured/described in the listing. The apt is centrally located. Transportation stops (bus and train) are just a few mins walk away. There are many, many shops, stores, restaurants, etc. close by given the apt's proximity to a local college. Though close to the college, the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Mincheol was an exemplary host and so very kind. He went above and beyond to help me while I was in a difficult situation while figuring out how to pay for things with only a digital wallet( please be mindful of this when visiting Korea. Cash and physical cards are needed for foreigners). Overall, the experience was great. I highly recommend!

민철 was very clear and responsive in texts and the home was clean and spacious. If you're looking to be in the CAU area or near YongSanStation this is a great spot to stay at. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and the space itself is decently large. I did not cook as I ate out regularly, but, you definitely have the space and appliances to easily do so. There are also grocery stores and a small market area that are right by the CAU hospital. That being said - morning light is not a thing at this place and so it might be worthwhile to invest in a sunlight clock or lamp if you intend to stay long. I found it fine but if you base your waking off of sunlight then expect not to be able to do that. All in all, I stayed a month and found it to be a good place to stay as I transit between CAU, Suwon, Sejong, Suyu, and other areas of Seoul. It is a bit on the far side from some upper areas of Seoul but still accessible. 민철 is clear and friendly, when I had a problem he quickly resolved it. :))

Everything was great about this place!! There are some some little hills you need to walk so if you have many suitcases I highly recommend using taxis. Location was amazing, great day and nightlife (since it's next door to CAU) and I also felt really safe all the time (the lights in the street are a little dim but nothing to worry about). Subway stations are near, bus stations are near. Lots of food options and other services are near. 민철님 is an exceptional host. Thank you so much for everything.

A really good place to stay! 100% recommended. It's close to CAU and too many restaurants 24 hours. The host help me a lot.
