Private guest cottage in the village of Annisquam, just minutes from private Lighthouse Beach. Cottage is separate but adjacent to the main house (which is also available for seasonal rental, including the cottage). Perfect for a couple seeking a quiet stay near friends or family. You will have 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and private outdoor seating area and access to an outdoor shower. Dedicated onsite parking. Cottage has both heat and air conditioning. This guest cottage was built in the 1940's as an added space for the adjacent main house. Set towards the back of the main house, you will enjoy privacy in the space. Consisting of bedroom and en suite bathroom, this cottage is ideal for couples who are visiting family and friends in Annisquam or nearby, or for people who are interested in exploring the abundant dining options. The cottage is set up with a mini fridge, toaster oven, and coffee maker.

Quiet and secluded place with easy access to many wonderful restaurants, and activities. Our hosts were super responsive and available, if needed. Cape Ann is a fabulous place to get away to and the village of Annisquam is a hidden gem.
Lucy and her sister Cat were great hosts - we had a great stay at their place. It’s a very sweet little house, heats up quickly, and has a great new bathroom in it. The local private beach (7-minute walk from the house) was really lovely too.
Lucy’s place is so beautiful! It has a private beach for locals in the area that is breathtaking. The house makes your deel like you’re secluded on your own little piece of paradise! Highly recommend
Such a charming cottage in a beautiful, quiet, wooded setting! Our hosts, Lucy and Cat, were welcoming, thoughtful and had detailed instructions for our stay. They also shared local dining suggestions which were very helpful! It was truly a sanctuary after busy days! I would recommend staying in the cottage and I personally would love to return!
Lucy’s place was a quaint, peaceful spot—a great representation of life on the North Shore. It was a wonderful place to retreat and recharge. We also loved the local recommendations! We look forward to visiting again!

Annisquam is a charming New England village which is very walkable and where the locals will wave as you pass by. You will have access to private Lighthouse Beach which is perfect for low tide walks and sunset views. In the heart of the village is a small library, an antique shop with local finds, a home decor shop, as well as a renowned restaurant that focuses on fresh and local foods.
Once you park in the driveway, the village is very walkable. The cottage is located just three miles from Downtown Gloucester.
