This is a great place to stay and is super close to Gatlinburg and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. We went for the weekend for my brothers bachelor party and all the guys couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was. Great rooms, cool game room and very clean.

Dan’s place was great. The location was perfect for Dollywood and the Smokies. Dan was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time. My kids loved the fun in house activities.

I recently stayed at this cabin and was thoroughly impressed! The layout was fantastic, providing a cozy yet spacious feel. The cleanliness of the home was top-notch, which made for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location near Gatlinburg was perfect for exploring the area. The hot tub was a delightful bonus, and the selection of games added to the fun atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Topnotch. This cabin is an absolute winner. Very well appointed, modern yet homey, loaded with family entertainment options, and nicely tucked away in a great community. Super clear instructions and responsiveness from our host. As a family getaway in the Smokies it’d be hard to beat Treetip Falls. Will definitely return. Can’t recommend it enough.

This cabin was STUNNING. It was so much bigger than I had anticipated. This is the perfect cabin for family’s wanting to disconnect from the outside world & reconnect with each other. We had so much fun playing pool, air hockey, the game table & of course the hot tub. The cabin is a short 10 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin isn’t secluded in the woods, it’s surrounded by a lot of other cabins & there was a lot of traffic but that didn’t bother us at all. We actually saw a bear at the cabin across from ours so that was pretty amazing to see! The 2 patios had rocking chairs you could sit on & take in nature. The inside of the cabin was cozy & exceptionally clean & well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable & the bathrooms were spotless. The host was awesome & kept in contact with any questions we may of had. If we ever come back, without a doubt we would stay here again!
