Very nice residential basement in a cute and quite suburban neighborhood, the property was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep in mind that the space is below a family with young kids.

Very clean and conveniently located. Great water pressure. Easy access. Good communication with owner who is friendly and helpful (my dad forgot his pants or something and was able to recuperate them without trouble). Downsides: Foam mattress in master wasn't comfortable for us but that's a personal preference. Bedding is just adequate. We were quite cold when we opened a window for air. Only real complaint is noise. It's a basement apartment but when the family is right above, you hear voices, food prep, things falling and the thumping of kids running and jumping, even late in the evening.

A good stay for what we needed for a short stay. Loved how close we were to the mountains, so colorful! FYI for anyone wanting to stay in the future. I don’t know if he had other guests staying the same time we did or long term rental tenants but they have little kids and with littles come noise. Wasn’t a big deal for us since we had littles too:)
