The houseboat accommodates up to four people and is perfect for beach goers, artists, thinkers, writers, the solo traveler, couples, and anyone looking for a break from the grind! This is a beautiful, recently renovated, houseboat with a clean and modern aesthetic. Filled with wonderful touches and no shortage of comfy areas to relax in. *Please note this is our second home so we are always making improvements and updating our aesthetics. While our pictures reflect the most recent taken, you will find other nautical, peace-enhancing decor. Have your morning coffee at the breakfast nook in the kitchen or take it to the top deck and watch the fish jump from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs. Read a book on the daybed or listen to music with the Bluetooth speaker we provide. With a new full sized memory foam mattress, you're sure to sleep like a baby! In addition to the shower on board, the Salt Shack has a brand-new composting toilet on board as well. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, an electric stovetop (no oven), full sized fridge and freezer, and a microwave. This boat provides all our guests with a unique way to escape the bustle of the city while still being accessible to public transportation. For those of you who drive here, there is free gated parking available on the premises. No matter your reason for coming you're sure to love this getaway pad! In addition to the houseboat’s own shower and composting toilet (for number one only!) the marina also has a larger communal restroom where you will find both a men's and a women's restroom, each with multiple stalls. Each bathroom is also equipped with a large lockable shower space should you choose to shower there. **PLEASE NOTE: while the composting toilet is a fully functioning, sit-down-only toilet (yes for boys too) ALL YOUR POOPING must take place in the marinas restrooms (trust us you’ll prefer that as well). We DO NOT have dedicated Wi-Fi on the houseboat. The marina offers Wi-Fi, and it typically works well, but it’s not the fastest. Please be advised there is also no TV on board the boat, we've designed this as a space for unwinding and disconnecting. * Only booked guests will be allowed on the boat and in the marina. *All photo shoots / video shoots must be pre approved in advance *No parties
