We have stayed at Ceri and James's place for 3 nights. It's really beautiful and clean apartment with direct access to the beach. Enough room for 7 people!

Excellent communication throughout with friendly and punctual responses. Outstanding location with private gate to the beach and very close to the town centre. Easy access to the house with parking very close. The only downside to the house was 1 parking permit for a house that sleeps 7 however, due to the time of year you were able to park on the single yellows on the road. The house was cosy and exactly what was described. Would definitely stay again in visiting Perranporth in the future.

This is our second stay at the apartment and once again we had a fantastic time. The three bedrooms make it ideal for us with two teenagers and the walking distance to the beach, shops and pubs and restaurants was perfect for over Christmas. Ceri and James are perfect hosts and the apartment is always immaculate and facilities are everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend a stay.
