The place is very simple with the basics, fresh towels and toiletries. For us the beds were very hard and we had issues with the sofa cleanliness. The building facilities were amazing and convenient parking. If they add a mattress topper and new sofa, it would be ideal.

A terrific apartment with access to all amenities in the Town Square area. An ideal homely apartment for our trip to visit our family in the area.

We did not have a pleasant experience at this location or with this host. The check in process was a nightmare, before arriving, I asked twice where and how to check in, my question was ignored, and we ended up sitting in front of the building for 20min, not knowing where to check in, and not getting hold of a Mira contact person. The mattresses was rock hard - it is not even allowed to be called a mattress, the rug was more plush than the mattress, it was like sleeping on the floor. Absolutely horrifying. Also there was one 1/2 used roll of toilet paper in 1 of the 2 bathrooms, no dishwashing liquids or dishcloth/sponge. When staying over in a "fully equipped apartment", one would expect these small stuff to be provided. An expired parking access cards was provided, meaning entering and exiting the basement parking was a nightmare, and then they did not even bother to replace it or provide an alternative after it was reported (after saying they will).

The apartment is super! It’s very spacious and clean. The pools were great and so lovely and warm! The location is about 30 mins from the beach/Dubai mall so having a car is useful. There was allocated parking on site. The apartment block was quiet and there were several cafes, supermarkets and parks within east walking distance. Communication was excellent from start to finish! Would highly recommend this apartment/other Mira managed apartments. We will definitely be staying here again!
