This is one of my favorite AirB&B stays! The cottage has a such a happy, homey vibe; feels very peaceful & quiet. Well appointed kitchen, including 3 different coffee brewing options (the illy coffee maker makes great espresso), and pantry stocked with coffee, spices, cooking oils etc. The living area, with its gas fireplace, is comfortable for relaxing and hanging out. I used the desk in the living area as a workspace, and the wifi was fast and reliable. There's a set of binoculars for watching the woodpeckers and stellar's jay birds. I really enjoyed the sauna, such a unique amenity! I loved that the location is convenient driving distance to hiking like Cougar Crest Trail in Big Bear Lake, and it's only about an hour and fifteen minutes drive to Palm Springs with its great dining and shopping options. This was a perfect getaway for a writing retreat. I even got to experience the cabin during a little winter storm, and it was cozy, safe and peaceful. It was well equipped to keep guests warm. Plus, I was able to walk to any location I needed if I didn’t want to drive in the snow. I hope to stay again sometime!

We have been to this same cabin twice now and can not wait to come back. It feels like we are in a fairy tale. The heater and fireplace make it cozy. It snowed while we were there and it was truly magical. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Lovely, homey space. We stayed with our 2 kids (ages 5&9). The upstairs room was perfect for them, and they loved the beds. Lots of board games and a cozy atmosphere for mountain relaxing. We enjoyed our time there as a family!

It was a wonderful stay. Cozy and comfortable. Definitely would stay again. Loved the fireplace for the cool nights.
