The home was amazing and the proximity to the downtown area and airport (10-15 mins literally) made the trip even more enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to other amenities, I would definitely recommend this place to others. Austin is a great city and can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay! About 3 miles from downtown, which made for a great morning jog. Lots of food choices all around and we felt very safe. Thanks!

Perfect location to stay slightly away from the crowds but close enough to visit downtown without going through too much trouble.

Nice location in South Lamar area. Rain was responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is nice but just offers the basics - no frills. And it would've been nice if the outdoor patio was cleaned for us. Other than that a great stay.
