I just gotta say that Lisa was great at communicating. we had one small glitch in the light switch but lisa scheduled a maintenance guy to come immediately and he fixed it. great example of how a good host works. the property was as-detailed and my bachelor party of 20 guys went amazing. thanks Lisa 🙏🏼

Worked well for our large group. Able to accommodate all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor space was nice, helpful to have an additional fridge. A bit worn, but otherwise a good space for all of us!

The house was nice, but we were disappointed overall. On night 1, the barbeque caused a grease fire due to being unclean. The dishwasher was full of standing water and didn't turn on. Though the host was responsive and had dishwasher repair crews come, it was very disruptive to the stay. The first guy came to look at it, then left. The second was going to come, then cancelled. The third crew came, stayed later than the anticipated window, turned off the water during our stay, and the dishwasher was apparently used and still did not function. This all took a lot of communication with the hosts. Though they were quite responsive, that wasn't how I intended to spend my vacation time. Other than those issues, the house was in decent shape, though could have been cleaned better in certain rooms. It offered great gathering spaces, but I would rather spend more to get a cleaner and better managed house next time than rent here again.
