Upon arrival we found the house infested with fleas. We were traveling with our small dog who ended up with a serious reaction to the flea bites. Dianne was very apologetic and offered a refund if we chose to leave. Unfortunately finding an alternative place for the week wasn't easy and we chose to stay while the house had to be bombed. After the bombing, my dog had another reaction to the pesticide used in the house. After consulting with an emergency vet, we ended up leaving after the 4th night. Dianne and Airbnb did refund a portion of the remaining nights we didn't stay. Dianne was always responsive and made the effort to immediately rectify this unfortunate issue. We've always stayed at pet friendly Airbnbs and never experienced this issue. Before our arrival in March, Dianne's place did have good reviews so I can only hope this experience we had encountered was an isolated incident.

The place is exactly as described- no surprises. There is a Chick-fil-a right next door so that made my kids happy! It was exactly what we needed- a place to sleep and eat breakfast, as we were on the go all day long. It was nice to have more space than just a hotel room. No issues with anything.

Great place to stay! Very convenient location and the house was exactly what we needed! My favorite was that many things were labeled inside which made things SO easy to find. No need to open every cabinet to find stuff!
