The house was perfect for my family! Plenty of space for our party of 7. We loved the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Louis was very responsive to messages. It was a quick commute to all of the popular St. Louis attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Something close enough to downtown, but also away from downtown. Very relaxing and the house was very nice. Very clean and accommodating! Louis was very responsive with any questions and check-in. Absolutely loved our stay!

This was a beautifully maintained home that was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do while in the St. Louis area. Although to get downtown you do beed to drive through east St. Louis. Where the house was felt very safe despite the state buying and boarding a up a few of the local houses. The bathroom was very large and well stocked. The kitchen was up to date and very clean. plenty of extra bedding and towels. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Louis was always very reachable and even reached out to us when bad weather hit the area. If you get there at night like we did, the light for the downstairs laundry room is located behind the sink ☺️ There was an amazing coffee shop less than 10 minutes away in the City of Columbia.

The host asked if we needed anything but basically left us alone, which is good. He was very accommodating to our change of plans. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything we needed.
