The stay at this location was very nice. the apartment was very spacious and a good location for two guests. The apartment may be a little difficult to find at first, but it secludes you really well from all of the surroundings and it seems surprisingly private once you arrive. Jeanna was very responsive to questions when I had them and was very helpful when giving check-in directions and assistance. A wonderful place to stay outside of KC if you are OK with a 10-20 minute drive into town.

I am relatively new to the Air B&B arrangement and found it very enjoyable as it is different then motel living .

Jeanna was a great host, very responsive to my questions. My husband and I liked the cozy cottage feel and all the extra things that Jeanna left us. For example several coffee flavors and snacks and bottled waters and bathroom toiletries. We recommend staying there as it is located within easy distance of Kansas City.

This was our first trip to the Independence/Kansas City area. We were so lucky to have chosen Jeanna’s place. It has so much character and a fascinating history. The Truman Presidential Library is nearby. It is well worth a visit. There are also many conservation areas and parks offering hiking in beautiful areas. Jeanna is a great communicator and we had an informative and interesting conversation with her between our excursions. All in all this little place was perfect for our visit. We will stay here again if we get the chance.
