We spent a lovely week in this gorgeous apartment, the roof terrace is amazing! Our host was always responsive, kind and understanding even when we were having trouble using the hob. 🤣It's very close to all the Shops and restaurants and feels a very safe and quiet area. 10.out of 10.

We 2 spent a wonderful week on G.C. and in the app. The contact was always fast and without complications from booking to check-out. The app. corresponds in everything to the pix, is clean, bright and friendly furnished and very well equipped - as if it is not used for renting, but by the owner himself. We booked it in particular because of the magnificent view and the beautiful roof terrace, and were not disappointed. We had relaxed days with BBQ on the terrace; it's just pity that there was almost always unpleasant food smells due to the vent stack of the restaurants located in the building is vis-á-vis to the terrace. We don't give a deduction for this, especially since it's also due to the wind direction, but you should at least know it. In our opinion, the beautiful and unobstructed view in a central location is not often found in the totally built-up Maspalomas and thus the highlight of the app. We can therefore warmly recommend. If we come back to G.C. we'll book it again.

What a fantastic apartment and perfectly positioned for everything from a local bakery to the exotic nightlife scene. The highlight of the property is the roof terrace which is absolutely wonderful with great sun beds and views of the dunes and sea as well as a decent gas bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the only slight negatives being the mattresses which were too soft for our liking and the bath towels which could be more luxurious. Definitely would recommend a stay.
