I stayed in Martini Chic for a month in 2024 and had a wonderful time. Daniel is an excellent host, he was helpful, friendly, responsive, making sure I had everything I needed, but without intruding. The place is well represented by the photos and delivers on all it promises. I liked the north facing second floor unit which gave it additional privacy and peacefulness. I frequently had the swimming pool and hot tub near by all to myself. And the neighbors I did meet were friendly but not invasive. Everything worked well and the place was kept very clean. I enjoyed being able to easily sign in to my streaming platforms, not only on the TV in the living room, but on the scroll down screen in the bedroom. Daniel has given a lot of thought and creativity to preparing a lovely home for guests. I will be back!

Amazing place to stay! My wife and I stayed here for a month, it is perfect for couples. The place was as described, I would also add extremely clean, cozy and vibrant. Daniel and Joe are great hosts, if you forgot something, don't worry more than likely this place will have it. The community is very calm and peaceful. The tennis courts were always available and we got the pool to ourselves from 8pm-12pm, wasn't expecting that but it was great. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
