Jie was a wonderful host! He was always quick to respond and very accommodating with requests. We felt very comfortable and safe. There is a very large TV in the living room which is great if you love sports. The king sized bed is very comfortable. There is pretty much everything you could need during your stay which is very helpful for long term stays. It was also very nice of Jie to shovel the snow from the walkway after storms. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with lots of walking trails, nice parks and a pond. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Jie's place is terrific. We stayed there for 3 weeks while visiting family and the apartment had everything we needed. it is clean, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Cutlery, pots and pans, etc. there is a great tv and even a treadmill. Also is a great lication. Highly recommend!

Jie's place was great to stay for the month. Everything was well stocked and all the rooms were spacious. The backyard was great to have with the grill. The neighborhood is fantastic and the house is next to a lovely park and nature walk area. Grocery stores are nearby too. Jie also helped watch my cat while we were gone for a day and was quick to reply with any questions we had. We appreciated his recommendations for the area. Overall, great place to stay!

We stayed at Jie's place for more than a month. Jie was very accommodating. He has a great place in an awesome location. It is a block from a great bike path where we could walk the dog. Westminster also has a couple of great public golf courses nearby. We felt very at home here. With a daughter in Superior and another in Denver the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. I was able to work from home and internet connectivity was rock solid for the duration. Jie recommended a couple of great dog parks which we went to several times. We lucked out getting this place!

We stayed for a month and Jie was very accommodating and even let our dog out while we were gone for an extended period. Convenient location and well equipped.
