Enjoy all that Newnan has to offer in this quiet, lake community just 30 minutes south of ATL. Hummingbird Hideaway is just 2.5 miles to the historic Newnan Square (boasting numerous eateries and boutiques), 5 miles to City of Hope (Cancer Treatment Center), 1.7 miles to Ashley Park (Newnan’s outdoor shopping center) and 30 minutes to Peachtree City or Senoia. During summer months, expect to see numerous hummingbirds who love to eat local! Our home is located in a private lake community in Newnan, GA. We reside on the main floor and the second story has been converted to a guest suite with private access. In this space, guests will find a kitchen, dining area, hang out space, a large bathroom with a double vanity and large shower. There are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom one has 2 Queen size beds and bedroom 2 has one queen bed. We are able to host up to 6 guests.

Easy, great location! Central to family for us and plenty of restaurants. The beds were comfy, air was cold, and the place was very spacious and quiet. We would stay again! Great for families!

We are part of a lake community! The lake is a 1/3 mile walk from the home. You may see neighbors out fishing, kayaking, or on their boats! You will not have access to the boat ramp or the lake as it is for residents only.
You will need a vehicle to get around town! You’ll have access to our driveway to park your vehicle.
