The cabin is located in the garden, which is quite nice and quite. But the entrance of the garden is off putting and full of rubbish. My check in with Roy was short and rather abrupt, and my total contact whith him lastet no more than one minute. The place was tidy, but the drawers were full of crumbs. The blanket smelt very untidy. The bed has a good mattress, I had a good skeep. The palce is not well enough maintened and looked after. It is a pitty, because it could be very nice.

Roy’s garden hideaway is a great little find for those seeking quiet, well-equipped and completely independent accommodation. The entrance is via a keypad and separate door at the side of the main house with a pathway down to the accommodation which has lighting that automatically comes on at night. Inside, it is clean with double-glazing all-round, a comfy bed with a good duvet, plus a properly equipped living area/kitchen and bathroom. The quality of the appliances/fittings is also good. The bedroom and living area have electric heaters which warm the place up reasonably well although the small independent radiator in the bathroom could probably be a bit bigger but this is a minor point. Burnage railway station is just 10 minutes walk which is a quick, direct link into the centre of Manchester or to the airport. There are also buses nearby while the MetroLink is about a 15/20 minute walk. Roy is a friendly host and willing to help with any information. Overall, highly recommended.

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was okay. The host was friendly, and check-in was smooth. However, the place could use some improvements; small touches would enhance the experience. It served its purpose. Considering what's offered, the price could be more competitive.

This Airbnb is well located in a lovely area with parks and easy transportation. Comfortable, cozy and private.
