Total 2300 sqft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath. Two indoor dining areas. Open floor one story layout, with wood and tile floor throughout, there is no carpet. Immaculately clean. This house is fully equipped with what you need for a relaxing vacation, it has 3 bedrooms 1 king and 2 queen beds. and 2 bathrooms. Master bathroom has oversized garden tub. Main bathroom opens directly to the pool patio. Big yard with 215 feet of water front. The view is so beautiful and relaxing. Newly and comfortably furnished in 2021. With Continuous updates. Brand new roof and AC in 2022. Brand new washer in July 2022. Brand new dishwasher (Bosch 300 with 3rd rack) in August 2022! Brand new water heater (located in garage) in May 2023 Fully equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor(pool deck) dining tables and plenty chairs. One Kayak and 2 paddle boards provided. Fishing poles provided. Corn toss set. Volleyball sets.

Great location for flexibility to visit Tampa, Winter Haven, or Orlando. The home was great. It was clean and everything needed was available. It was a pleasure staying at this home.
Emma’s home was outstanding, everything you would need for 3 couples. Her home is in a very beautiful neighborhood and you have the canal just feet away while enjoying yourself in the very large pool area with plenty of seating. The Master Bedroom is outstanding, if I had to go back to the Central Florida area this would be my 1st choice
notre séjour chez Emma était parfait, le petit lac à l'arrière est vraiment beau, il y a plein de beaux oiseaux, des tortues et de petits lézards etc... l'endroit est très bien entretenu, le petit kart de golf est super plaisant pour allez faire des petites promenades de soirée. Et le quartier est très sécuritaire, vous recommande à tous un séjour chez Emma.
The house is gorgeous, clean, and in the perfect location. Emma is a fantastic host, responds quickly to all messages, and is so easy to work with. We are looking forward to returning!
The home had everything we needed and then some. Board games, paddle boards, pool toys. Internet was great for work and calls over VPN. Really great when the home is as nice or nicer than the description. Emma’s guides and instructions were spot on. Kitchen has all the necessities for a long or short stay. We would certainly stay at the property again.
