My name wasn’t on reservation and roots and arrow responded within half hour but took two hours to figure out; in that time they said nothing and it was very stressful. Once figured out my stay was great. I just wish you could actually talk to a human when things go wrong.
Kirstie is absolutely the best … From the day I booked my condo she was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly . The Condo was excellently how she described it …. And then some . I was very impressed …I will be booking with her again for sure .
