The place is nice. However it needs maintenance. The radiator close to the main front door is not fitted properly, it moves about. The main front door doesn’t lock front outside which poses a security risk. When you lock it from inside, you will definitely struggle to open it. During our stay we struggled to turn on the heating and it was freezing cold, though the host was quick to respond which is good. It will be good if the host can stock up on toilet paper, considering the listing says 5 people can be accommodated per stay. It will also be good if the host can invest in an ironing board, the one they have does not have that upper cushion anymore. Also if they can provide clear instructions at check in of how and where to find what. It’s not everytime you’d want to call the host especially if it’s night time.

House and location provided exactly what I needed. Given that there were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 children, this worked out good value for money. Any less than 4 people, you could get cheaper hotels. House was of a reasonable standard. Clean, but in need for some repair in places and tidying up, e.g. Shower base, Garden. Rest of batch room was in good condition and very clean. Kitchen and beds were very good. Internet was not the best connectivity and had an impact to the TV as this only worked via the freeview service. Gerald, provided enough information about the location, house. Not being able to check in till 4pm and check out by 10am, may cause a few issues for some. For me and the family this was fine and fitted in to what we needed.
