Place was in an incredibly beautiful spot under Single Fin on the cliff, facing the ocean for phenomenal sunsets. Like... Amazing. Very reasonably priced for the area. Apartment was cool, nice, pretty large, and clean overall (bathroom could have used some extra cleaning love). In-unit water machine with cold water is a blessing in Uluwatu. Had an issue with the WiFi and one of the AC units needed to be reset a couple of times (can do AC yourself, just unplug and plug back in) for a couple of days and communication around it was hit or miss, was eventually fixed. To be fair they were going to buy a temp WiFi card to help, so ultimately nice response. Other than that, the place was pretty amazing, and you couldn't ask for a better view. Issues weren't enough to reduce from 5 stars. Be prepared for some serious stairs getting in and out :D If you're a surfer, it's likely going to be perfect.

Great value for surfers, we were directly at the beach! Great beaches nearby. This is THE spot of you are looking for a surfing stay! Clean and good communication with the host! Would recommand! :-)

Such a great location for my partner who surfs. He could just get up early and with in minutes be out surfing before we woke up. The only thing to consider is the noise from restaurants that plays into the night but apart from that a pretty perfect spot with responsive hosts!

It's a big apartment right in the heart of the town to walk everywhere. With a lovely view. Everything else not great. Lots of issues with bathroom and drainage - room constantly stank. The access is awful. I know the description mentions some steps down the cliff but it doesn't do it justice. There's probably 100 very steep narrow steps with no lights in the dark, it's much more extreme than they mention. Also once down it's hard to find the right gate and access to then go up yet more stairs. Agree with other commenters about the noise - local bars very loud. We are heavy sleepers so didn't matter but it is something to consider.
