Great stay, great host!

Die Unterkunft von Eibhlin war die letzten 3 Monate unser Zuhause. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Lage ist angenehm, da es außerhalb liegt, aber man mit einem kurzen 30 Minuten Marsch im Zentrum ist. Ein Lidl und ein Tesco sind ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wenn etwas defekt war oder gefehlt hat, hat Eibhlin sich sofort darum gekümmert. Generell war sie immer gut erreichbar. Leider ist das Haus (wie aber fast alle Häuser in Dublin!!) super hellhörig, vor allem die Wasserpumpe ist recht laut. Das ist leider recht störend. Auch der Preis ist sehr stolz und schmerzt. Dennoch sind wir sehr froh, Eibhlins Gäste gewesen zu sein - Danke Eibhlin!

Overall, this Airbnb did the job and was a great place to stay. The host was kind and mostly responsive. We arrived at 1am because our flight got in around midnight. We realized at this point (could not check our phones during 8 hr flight) that our host had not sent the lockbox code, as all airbnbs my guests and myself have experience before. This information was not available to us in the app, although the host insisted it was the next day. We apologized for contacting her so late but we couldn’t contact her until then as we were in the air and had expected her to send the code at check in time (while flying). She apologized the next morning but said it should have been in the app. All pillows are feather, so one guest was unable to use them due to severe allergies. Toilets had urine on them, one of the rugs was very dusty, and the bathroom upstairs doesn’t always get hot water but besides these things it was a great stay. We were able to walk a lot of places.

Quiet residential neighborhood in the northwest of Dublin center. Walking distance to most Dublin events and sights. Home is on 3 floors and is accommodating. Aside from a leak in a bathroom that was eventually fixed by Eibhlin, the house was cozy and comfortable. A big plus is it has parking if you desire to rent a car.

Three of us stayed in Eibhlin's accommodation for 7 weeks. The flat is beautifully furnished and we quickly felt at home. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get into the city by bus. The bus runs very regularly and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Eibhlin always responded to messages very quickly and was always helpful in any situation. We had a great time in Dublin! Thank you!
