Great location in upper village across from the Bierstube. The key collection is a little out of the way down in town, however Jade communicated well and was a pleasure to deal with. The access to underground parking was easy and had plenty of room for our pick-up truck. Access to runs via ski lockers was great. The free shuttle bus to Whitefish was a bonus and handy for teens to travel to town on their own. The accommodation was as described and excellent for a family of 4 incl 2 teens. The amenities were great and was amazing to have a very fully stocked kitchen incl coffee machine. A great spring break visit!

Great place to stay- super clean and spacious, beautiful views, right on the ski mountain and walkable to a couple restaurants! Only note is you do probably need a car because you have to pick up the key cards for the condo in a different town about 20-30 minutes away. Otherwise it was great!

Enjoyed this rental and the amenities. However the hot tub was down most of our stay and the method to get the key is something that we overlooked.

The condo itself is great-better than advertised actually, as the owners have added a murphy bed in the living room, so it truly is set up for 5. The location is great-the Morning Eagle is right below Chair 3 & the location of the condo & ski locker made it not too cumbersome to get out with our littles. The condo is fully stocked with amenities, plenty of spices, pans, towels, etc. Parking is provided under the condo. So, the condo itself gets 5 stars... That being said, the reason that I gave 4 stars is communication. Evolve via the AirBnb app is a complete waste as they direct you to contact the local guide, Jade, via texting. The details given on the listing do not match the checkout procedures listed in the book inside & we were not provided 3 keys, only 2. When we asked Jade, she said she would let us know when she'd be on the mountain & then never responded, so we never got another key. These aren't huge issues, but things that could be resolved to make this a 5 star.

Great place to stay on Big Mountain. Fireplace and hot tub add to the comfort level.
