Enjoy your time exploring the Gallatin Valley and come back to relax in this warm and inviting single-family home. With its central location, you have many options to get out and about on foot, bike or car. The home features three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms located on the 2nd floor. A king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk + trundle which sleeps 3. Please note, the maximum weight for the top bunk is 150lbs. The kitchen, living area, laundry, and half bath are on the main floor. A small fenced-in backyard encompasses a delightful outdoor area in the Summer for lounging in the shade or deck space for soaking in the sun & outdoor dining. The small strip of grass in the backyard is now artificial turf. We also have a green space directly behind the house which can be utilized! We now have air conditioning in each bedroom upstairs! The AC for each bedroom is controlled separately via a minisplit, allowing you to customize the temp of each bedroom for a great night's sleep! Downstairs (the kitchen and living area) does not have AC. To keep the downstairs cool, open up the windows & interior doors of the living room/stairs at night (once the outdoor temps start to cool). This will bring the cool air inside. In the morning, keep the hot air out by closing up the windows and blinds. Want to spread out or need additional sleeping arrangements?
