Beautiful! 🌞 The caravan has everything you need and was a great base for us all - the site itself was immaculate and perfect for dogs and a young family, great park and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be coming back again in the near future!
Had a fantastic stay at Katy’s place! It is an amazing caravan, very well equipped too, gorgeous comfy beds, bedding & fluffy towels. The sofa bed is also very comfy. The bbq was also great! The site is lovely, & the dog exercise paddock worked great for our 2 pooches! Kids loved the park too! The pool is fab but as others have said (beyond Katy’s control) the big pool is very cold, it’s meant to be heated but the pump is broken and the lifeguards didn’t say there was any current plan to fix it as it works intermittently. We coped as our kids are older but little ones would find it too cold. The time slots are also a bit restrictive but we managed once we knew how it worked. Once into September it’s also only open at weekends. Katy was super flexible with check out which made our last day much more enjoyable. Would 100% stay again. Thanks so much!
The caravan is extremely well kept, spacious, compfy and with lovely fluffy towels. It's located near the play park so you can keep on eye on little ones on the swings from the decking. I would recommend. We booked on the basis of the fabulous pool for a relaxing pool-side holiday. It wasn't clear on the listing that the pool operates severely restricted opening hours that are not practical with small kids. The pool is open for five x one-hour sessions per day with 30 minute gaps when the pool is emptied. Bands have to be collected 30 mins before the session but entry is not guaranteed - not very relaxing. There was no flexibility to the gap even when only a few people in the pool. The main pool was also very cold due to a boiler issue (being addressed) so most kids were in the baby pool, jumping in and playing ball. At times this made it too chaotic for the 2-year-old. Lifeguards told one concerned parent that there was nothing they could do (and laughed at her when she left!)
