Host was great and allowed us to extend our check out as no one was staying after us. She doesn’t speak much English but we were able to communicate through translate apps. The kitchen is tiny and not terribly easy to cook in. We had trouble getting the induction stove to work consistently. Great location for the main bubble up to plan Maison. Quite a schlep up hill from the village which we didn’t mind but would be a challenge with smaller children.

The apartment is ideally located and has up to date bathrooms and kitchen, however it is very dated and can seem gloomy due to the dark wood everywhere. We were 6 adults and I had to sleep in a single bed (Not a problem) with a solar system bedspread! Boot room in the apartment block is great.

The apartment was in great location just above the lifts. It's worth noting that check-in is between 3-7pm. If you arrive after 7pm there is a extra 50 euro charge to be paid in cash. We were driving from Lyon and due to the traffic struggled to get there in time. We had to ask family to go and check-in for us as we felt we were already paying enough rent without an extra 50 euro charge. That's not a comment on the price in general but more it felt rather unwelcoming and we felt it could have been made more clear at the time of booking.
