I used to live in this area, so I knew location was good, but I don´t think the price I paid (120eur/night) was worth what I got: Very small apartment even for Paris, and no elevator, so it´s not recommended for people bringing a big suitcase (or for people with mobility issues), because you´ll have to walk up/down a winding, narrow staircase and literally nowhere to leave your suitcase nor a place to hang any clothes (just two drawers). Place needed a good cleaning, and especially the tiny bedroom felt like it was full of dust and I couldn´t do any cleaning because vacuum cleaner had missing parts, also no mop. Dirty laundry was left in the washing machine, which turned out to be broken, and the host told me on the second day that I shouldn´t use the washing machine, when I had already washed the laundry that was left in the machine. Kitchen had no storage place and tiny fridge was also almost full of the hosts things, so for a week stay it was complicated to cook/store groceries.

Le logement est très bien situé et confortable. Il correspondait à la description et m'a tout à fait convenu.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Het was een rustig plekje een in leuk levendige wijk. Op de fiets konden we alles bereiken. Woonruimte was schoon. Communicatie met Agnes ging snel en vriendelijk.
