I had an amazing stay at the place the caretaker (Rabi da) was really helpful and was always there whenever we needed something. The location is good especially the terrace.

Priyanka’s place was very easy to locate, its just at a walking distance from city centre 2 or Westside,Newtown. It felt like home only very spacious and cozy. All the amenities mentioned were provided during our stay. Had a great stay overall.

Great place to stay One or two points to ponder 1. If some tissues can be provided. 2. Everything else was perfectly fine. It was extremely comfortable 3. Housekeeper Mr Rabi was very helpful and cooperative. Very responsive too Thank you very much

The title reads 2 bhk ac apartment, but only one room has the air conditioner - which is stated in the fine print. Priyanka clarified the ac situation when asked with and I remain for grateful for that. We were not informed of the fact that the house is in the middle of nowhere, with construction work happening (on all four sides) nearly 15 hours a day, and noise, dust and grime flying out of everywhere. Within the 24 hours both me and my friend were sneezing and found it hard to breathe. Even after having shared photos and videos of the construction, a fair resolution was not offered. Had to cancel and forfeit two days of tariff because the host refused to refund. I was also promptly told by the host that the air quality in the house and the attendant dust, noise and pollution is the ‘state government’s’ responsibility. Most of all, just disappointed that important and relevant information about the house has not been shared on the listing.

It was a great comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and ventilated. Kitchen was equipped with all essential utensils. Worth Stay!
