A great penthouse-type apartment over two floors, bang in the centre of Liverpool. I used it as a base for work with friends/colleagues in April, but it would work well for two or three couples or three people seeking their own rooms. One bedroom has an en-suite; the other two share a bathroom. The living space is the standout element, however, with a large open-plan space, views of Liverpool cathedral and the Chinatown gate, and two terraces/balconies (which sadly we couldn't use much in a chilly, rainy April). I would imagine this space comes into its own in summer, but it was still a great space. There are loads of great restaurants in the Ropewalks and Chinatown areas, literally minutes from your door. It's also a short walk to Liverpool Central station and not much further (20 minutes) to Lime Street.

The apartment had a great view over the foreground buildings of the cathedral and a glimpse of the Mrrsey in the distance. it was well equipped and clean, and reasonably quiet considering central location. A couple of less positive aspects were that only half of a toilet roll was provided between the two bathrooms. When you are paying quite large service and cleaning fees, this seems rather mean. Also, on first morning hot water ran out after a couple of us had short showers. We worked out how to override the timer so that it was replenished but this meant a 20 minute wait until next person could shower.

Place was even nicer than the photos suggested. Was perfect for our stay. In a quiet part of Liverpools Chinatown easy to get into true city centre on foot lots of food and nightlife options around.

Lindo solo apartamento con mucho espacio, no le falta nada. Limpio, bien ubicado, acogedor, bien equipado y todos los servicios funcionan perfectamente.

Fantastic apartment with great views and a good location for visiting Liverpool attractions. It was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Check in and car parking details from Emma were very comprehensive. Would highly recommend staying here.
