A really well finished conversion - excellent quality throughout. Very peaceful. Great to meet the Owner and chat about the estate. Excellent base to visit Ironbridge and Wightwick Hall as well as to enjoy local walks.

Lovely place and beautiful setting No reflection on cottages .com but lots of potholes in the lanes so be careful driving up especially in the dark

We were visiting friends in the area and chose The Pump House as a nearby place to stay. What a good decision this was. Everything about the accommodation was a delight. Beautiful isolated location and with a fresh clean interior. There was a frost one morning but we would not have known if we hadn’t looked out. The whole place was very comfortably warm all the time. This is a perfect venue to explore the area from. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing opportunity to stay in such a treasure location. I felt the privilege of something very special. I felt I had gone back in time visiting the farm buildings. The cottage was very well planned in every detail. The heated floor was a joy. The bathroom was stunning. The location was not the easiest to find the first time, I arrived in the dark, but was lead through by phone. After it was no problem. It is extremely private. Perfect for a few days of peace and quiet after the busy day touring about. This is a highly recommended b&b, for the unusual location and the pristine building.

Felt privelidged to stay here. Beautiful, idyllic, peaceful,restful building & scenery. I love old buildings & this one hasn't gone to waste,which is great.Super warm inside, heating was no issue. From the patio & bedroom window, lovely view of an open field & impressive trees. Some wildlife with a resident pheasant. I really would loved to have stayed longer. Clean with ample equipment. Instructions of how to get there emailed in advance with photographs. Clear to understand. Would jump at the change to go again (hopefully whilst not having to work). It's usually out of my price range, it was a reduced price when I booked & wanted a treat. The WiFi wasn't good enough for work purposes, I should have checked in advance. WiFi fine for usual Internet searches.Mobile didn't always have signal, found standing at the top of the stairs the best spot. Some lovely pubs locally, I only had time to visit two The Oakley (30 min brisk walk away) I drove to the Lion Hotel (approx 10 min)
