The home was better than described. There was every consideration made for a guest's needs: stocked pantry, wide array of cooking utensils and dishes, ample towels, super comfy bed, and more. What thrilled me more than anything was the quiet amidst beautifully kept grounds. I highly recommend 22 House for a getaway or family gathering place.
We had the most wonderful stay at House 22. Everything was perfection - the beautifully clean and well-organised kitchen space was a highlight for us and had everything we could ever need and more. Teresa and Nigel’s attention to detail and immaculate organisation skills had us feeling right at home. The views on the deck were amazing, particularly for watching the storm clouds roll in! House 22 is impeccably styled in a perfect blend of bush meets coast to echo the beautiful surroundings. The house is furnished with quality products from top to bottom. The hosts have thoughtful touches throughout the home to ensure a very comfortable stay, leaving guests wanting for nothing. With an outstanding view of Boston Bay from the main living area and deck, the house radiated chill coastal vibes. We loved our stay, and are leaving thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated.
Immaculate home inside and out in beautiful surroundings although just a short drive to Port Lincoln. Very well equipped and comfortable. Teresa and Nigel were very welcoming.
Teresa’s property was a fabulous find - beautifully appointed, with views in every direction, and lots of different places to sit and relax. Teresa and Nigel were great hosts, offering us fresh eggs from their hens and ensuring the house had everything we could have needed (including picnic basket and blanket, which we used a couple of times). Highly recommend for a short or long stay. We found lots to do in the area with Port Lincoln National Park, wineries and Coffin Bay (oysters) all within easy drive.

Nige and I are Super Proud to be a Super Hosts! We absolutely love hosting visitors to our space. We love our location, views and garden. Both fastidious people with attention to detail. Being long term locals enables us to have lots of contacts, secret spots and local knowledge that we are happy to share with you. When we are not cleaning, gardening and hosting we are travelling either in our van to nearby coastal locations or interstate.
