For the price, I would expect to have enough paper towels and toilet paper, but we had to go out and buy these for ourselves. Also, they don’t buy nice quality supplies. Toilet paper is like tissue paper. For the price I would expect more. We also had to fix the garbage disposal ourselves. When we called about the toilet not working they didn’t even call a plumber and get it fixed for us, just told us not to use it. Also, there’s only about 3 or 4 spoons in the kitchen.

This property has become one of our favorites! It is spacious and clean and accommodates a big group effortlessly well! A special mention to the host Lindsay, who was very transparent and communicative from the beginning, which was very helpful for us to plan our trip and know what to expect, in advance. I highly recommend this place for people who like to have a peaceful holiday with beach access!

We rented the house for Thanksgiving to meet with family coming from opposite directions. The location was perfect for the meet-up. We lucked out with beautiful weather and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Finding surrounding restaurants was easy, and that worked great for us. I would have loved to give it 5 stars, but the place still needs some basics. My husband and I didn't have a closet or nightstands with drawers on the first level in our room. We kept our clothes in our suitcases during our stay. Same for my in-laws, who stayed upstairs in the master bedroom. They had a closet, but there was no rod to hang clothes. Perhaps the place is still a work in progress, and they will install closet rods later. There is a closet in the foyer, but again it didn't have a rod, so we couldn't hang our coats there as we came in. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room were great for family gatherings. The issue was that there were dirty windows with cobwebs. The place needs fixes.

This was a perfect home to share with our family. We had a large group and plenty of room for sleeping, gathering areas, and a lovely outdoor space. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The open concept allowed us to visit while cooking. An added plus were the extra touches like games, kayaks, patio spaces and more. We highly recommend.

Over priced for what property actually offers (poor ac and air ventilation, only one working oven, master closet has no ability to hang clothes, lower level guest bedrooms (1 Q and 1 bunk room) have to cross the entire level to use bathroom during the night; kitchen not stocked with numerous sizes of skillets and griddle very slow to heat. Be sure to ask ahead of time of needs as owner does not disclose unless asked.
