La casa es tal y como se observa en las fotos, amplia y limpia, cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias, agua caliente, secadora para el cabello, aire acondicionado, todo lo indispensable para cocinar, extra sábanas y extra toallas, la cama muy cómoda , el baño muy bonito y limpio. Ubicada en una zona tranquila salí por las noche a caminar sin ningún problema, muchos extranjeros viviendo alrededor. El wifi súper rápido, estuve trabajando remotamente sin ningún inconveniente, perfecto para home office. Buena atención y comunicación con Felipe, nos dejaron café y té que es de agradecer, siempre pendiente y accesible a lo que pudiésemos necesitar, sin duda una estancia que recomendaría ciegamente. Esperamos volver pronto!

La casa está restaurada muy padre y muy limpia, solo que no hay agua caliente, es calentador solar y fue difícil usarlo. La colonia donde está ubicada es antigua.

Hey everyone, stayed at Felipe’s place Feb,Mar/24. The apartment is located in 5 de Diciembre zone, which is pretty much authentic Mexican living. (Gotta love it) It was a good size, clean and secure. Furniture as you see in pics, bed was comfortable but a double can be crowded. Air in bedroom 👍. Kitchen had pretty much everything needed. Large bathroom and shower, as stated only hot water in shower. After a day of touring the city, the shower was much appreciated. The clothes washer was extremely handy. Wi fi was good, went down once but Felipe had it back up in short order. The only issue we had was getting purified drinking water supply the first 5 days. Finally got hold of a dude on the street out front to drop jugs off as we needed. The first place we did not have purified water supplied by host out of 8 visits to Mexico. Lot of great restaurants and small street side eateries throughout the neighbourhood. Yummy. Met so many great people. Thanks for the experience Felipe

A perfect week at Felipe's apartment in Puerto Vallarta. Located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood which is 10 mins walking to the local beach and 15 mins walking to Malecon (Boardwalk) in Centro and another 15 minutes to Zona Romantica. It is a quiet location but close to everything! Felipe was great with information on how to get there and get check in. He was responsive upon checkout (text him). The place was clean and had a nice laundry patio to dry out swimsuits and towels. My partner worked remotely from the apartment for two days and wifi was perfect. I was able to go scuba diving three of the days (just a 10 min Uber to the pier). A/C and fans made the apartment a 10/10. The only small thing I would recommend is getting a larger bed. Two people in a full-size bed for a week can feel tight.

If you are looking for an adventure this is a great place to be! Exactly as pictured! Fully equipped kitchen very spacious, wicked fast Wifi a lot better than resorts. Daytime the area is good but very loud warehouse across the street. Bedroom however was dead quiet, great air conditioning. We didn't go out at night so this was a good option for us. It's a pretty rowdy neighborhood once the sun goes down so if you are looking to go out in the evening make sure you take a cab to and from. Otherwise if you are looking to live like locals and have an adventure this is the place to be. Very cost effective and well worth the price!
