Compared to the great experience with other 5-star Airbnb hosts, my experience with this reservation is disappointing even though earlier guests (mostly students and foreigners) have good experiences. First of all, though the bedroom is big and all the furniture is in good shape, the bathroom is NOT "dedicated just for the guest" as advertised in the listing. Regardless of how frequently it was shared, I had to deal with stuff that I never signed up for. I found better places with a shared bathroom situation and I could have gone there. The host also mentioned the bus stop is a couple of blocks away, which was not true. Secondly, the host expected me to stay out of her property for some time "EVERYDAY". It may be because she enjoys the Guest's space when the Guest is not in the house. One day she played music very loudly in the living room (close to my bedroom) so that I had to leave my bedroom. I can go on and on. The host is very unprofessional and her attitude irked me.

Katya es magnífica, the perfect owner. el cuarto super grande, la zona es tranquila y muy cerca de Burlington, DD discount, Walmart. Sus mascotas son tranquilas. acceso a lavandería, cocina, mi espacio en gaveta para mis compras. Me sentí en casa. Volvería nuevamente

I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly nice and responsive. The house was impeccably clean, and the friendly dogs added a delightful touch. What truly stood out was the host's kindness – she went above and beyond by dropping me off and picking me up from the mall. Meeting her was a joy, and I'm extremely happy with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay. Katya was very hospitable. And I enjoyed getting to know a lil' bit about her. The place was extremely clean and was 5 min from the event I was attending. *BONUS If you're an animal lover, this is the place. she has 2 awesome dogs.. you wouldn't even know. I would definitely stay again. Thanks, and Happy New Year!! 2024
