Loved the stay! We will be back. One thing I would like different next time- more toilet paper! 6 toilet users in a house for a week and only two rolls per bathroom. (Unless there was more somewhere and we couldn’t find it) Over all, we enjoyed our time!

Visited during Labor Day weekend 2023. The house had plenty of room for my family of 4 and 2 dogs. We enjoyed nice walks with the dogs every morning. The outdoor screened in patio was a really nice feature of this home to enjoy the weather without the bugs. All in all it was a really nice stay.

This is a beautiful house with incredible proximity to Mesa Verde. You walk out the front door and the mesa is *right * through the trees. It’s peaceful, beautiful, cool at night, and is an incredible home away from home. The screened porches are seriously amazing! The only negative part of our stay was unfortunately a big one. I am very sensitive to smells, so take it with a grain of salt, but the house has had smokers live there at some point and it still smells like it. It’s faint, but it’s enough that when we got home and unpacked, all of our clean clothes smelled like old cigarette smoke. My husband wasn’t bothered by the smell, for what that’s worth. All in all, I don’t know if we’d stay again in spite of the otherwise fantastic accommodations. But, if you don’t notice smells, you will probably be fine!

la casa está muy bonita y tiene muy bonita vista hacia la montaña, lo único malo es la limpieza, el patio del asador estaba muy polvoso y sobre todo las camas, tenían basuritas y pelos de mascotas y de gente, en eso sí deben de concentrarse más. de todo lo demás les doy un 10.
