Viel Platz. Gemütliche Betten und besonders das untere Bad war geräumig und schön. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, mit der Bahn kommt man ganz gut ins Zentrum aber dauert mindestens eine halbe Stunde, je nachdem wo man hin will auch deutlich länger. Der kleine Garten im Hinterhof ist leider völlig verwahrlost, das ist schade.

This Airbnb was perfect for our 5 person stay. It is nice and spacious. Having two showers was very convenient. Accessing the Paris metro from this Airbnb was easy. We ate breakfast at two different bakeries nearby. The check in information was clear. The living room and one of the bedrooms has an AC unit which was so nice to come home to after a long day. Gerard was a lovely and responsive host! If we are ever in Paris again we would happily stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Gerard’s house. It was easy to check in and we were grateful he allowed us to come early to drop off our luggage. The house is close to all types of public transportation stations and the bakery down the street was amazing! The layout of the house is not super functional and the decor/furnishings seem unfinished, but overall it worked for our family of seven.

We have a pleasant stay at Gerard's place. Great communication. Check-in and out was very smooth. Location is good to take public transportation to Paris center. The parking was a little bit challenging, but we managed to find a place on the street or at the indoor parking near the place. The house is spacious and we got big rooms enough for group of 6 people. Thank you, Gerard. We will come back!
