The apt is nice and equipped with mostly things that are needed. I would recommend to have a car instead of using public transportation in this area which didn’t appear to be safe.

Rochelle is so sweet and attentive. She was very responsive and worked with me on my reservation. The accommodations were nice. Comfy bed; clean place; tv Works well and a/c was great. Washer dryer in unit was nice although I didn’t use them. I have to admit that the neighborhood didn’t feel safe at night. I was happy to find parking right in front of the house as I came home before dark each night. The lock on the door was a bit loose. I would have felt more comfortable with a better lock or multiple locks. I have to reiterate that Rochelle is a wonderful host.

Unfortunately, I have to say that for the rental value they charged it was not very clean, the carpets were smelly, the drawers were sticky, the coffee machine was dirty even with its filter full of coffee, the dishwasher was broken, the wifi did not work. the shower has no temperature control, after it gets hot there is no way to cool it down. Neighborhood not recommended for late arrivals (gathering of street drinkers and smokers) parking not guaranteed if you don't get there early, main entrance lock is a bit confusing to close and doesn't feel safe, I recommend to be replaced!

Very clean place! Check in and lock box was a bit confusing but didn’t waste too much time getting inside. Overall great place!
