I’ll preface this by saying I booked & canceled this AirBnb 2x before finally choosing it due to worries about the location. Diane ensured me that this was in fact a safe neighborhood with no problems in the past. I should have trusted my gut because we heard a gunshot on Sat. night a block away & a car honking at every house on the block. Cars on the street broken down. Didn’t feel safe. The location wasn’t the only problem. We did ask for an early check in since it was a Bach trip & we wanted to get some things set up before the bride arrived. Got there the floors were turning feet/socks black like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (check the grout). Only had washcloths as hand towels in bathrooms. Regular towels barely covered our bodies. No liners for bathroom trashes, had to use grocery bags. Only 5 normal trash bags to use for a 10 guest house. This place is also a DIY nightmare Ex: Dishwasher not bracketed in so when you pull the drawer out it all tips over, floors uneven, etc.

Awesome place very spacious good for meeting or events with your company or team. House is a great location & neighbors are super friendly would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone.

The house is at the end of a dead end street and the map just kept taking us to a church on the corner so it was very confusing finding it. Once we were there we were good. It was a nice house, spacious.

In town for a travel tournament and the house fit my needs perfectly. Diane was very easy to work with and responded to any questions in a timely manner.

Place was perfect for what we needed. The area is a little run down, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Just not a walk to the store or restaurant type of area.
