Great place. Extremely comfortable stay with all the amenities you need. We appreciated the extras like kids plates/bowls/cups and the beach chairs/cooler/toys. The A/C is powerful and the thermostat was easy to use and customize (the temp wasn’t locked like at some places). The neighborhood was extremely quiet, safe, and the neighbors were all very friendly. Great location near all the beaches & restaurants. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed my stay at so beachy. Close to the beaches. Very quiet neighborhood. Shawn was a great host. He checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Great photos! Looks better in real life. Has a lot of amazing amenities, including a high chair and beach gear!

Thanks for the great airbnb experience! We were right down the street from the beach and the home and location was perfect!
